Unable to use e-mail links

I'm unable to e-mail from web pages by clicking on the e-mail address link.
An error message pops up that say "Default Mail Client is not installed
correctly". I'm using Outlook 2003 with an Exchange server. Some of our end
users are having no problems while others are. I've done a side by side
comparison of the settings and cannot see any differences.

Any thoughts?
