Sending webpage by e-mail

This is a question for a friend. I told him how to send link or page from
an internet page via e-mail. He sent himself an e-mail with the link.
(Using OE). He said it showed up in his e-mail, but never in his Inbox.
Then he tried sending it to me and I received it OK. Can't understand why
it didn't get to his Inbox ? ?

Sorry, correction to what I wrote below. I meant to say that it showed up
in his Sent Items, but not in his Inbox.

I don't know, I'll ask him; but I'm not sure if he knows how to get into the
webmail since everything is immediately downloaded into OE.

Who does he have an account with (the part of his email address after the
@).

His account is with bellsouth/ATT. And in answer to PA Bear, asking if
the "missing" message showed up in his webmail (as I guessed, my friend has
no idea what I'm talking about <S>, obviously never uses, or needs to use
the webmail), but since all his other messages are immediately downloaded
into OE, it's not very likely that the one missing message would stay with
the server and not download with the others, is it?
