Sending Page By E-mail

I'm trying to use the commands, File, Send, Page By E-mail. In my
Tools, Internet Options, Programs I have my e-mail softwares set as
Microsoft Office Outlook but when I try to send a Page by E-Mail,
Outlook Express opens.

If I click on an e-mail link on a website, it does indeed open Outlook
- so not sure why it is not opening Outlook for the File, Send, Page By
E-mail commands.

I have tried setting to to OE, and then back again to Outlook and still
same result.

Any ideas???

Assuming WinXP: See Start > (Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs >) Set
Program Access and Defaults > Mail,
