Security update 819696

This update keeps coming up for installation and
accordind to my download list for windows, it has already
successfully installed about 10 or 12 times. How do I
stop this from happening? I do have automatic updates set
up

yeah, I've been having the same issue with 817606
security updateon XP, multiple times installed and keeps
popping up. what gives? anyone?
