Repeat installation of security update #819696

Since July 25,2003 I keep getting repeat automatic updates
for the security issue #819696.It has been installed
approximately eleven times.
 
Try installing it from the Windows Update site itself. Post back with any
error details.
 
Have you used a utility, or manually removed the Hotfix backup files, and
the associated Registry entries for Add/Remove Programs?
