Security update 819696

Is anyone else having the problem with this security
patch? I keep downloading and installing it, but I still
get messages that I need to download it. Yes, I've
restarted my computer, but that didn't help either.

I am having the same problem. It downloads fine but will
not install. Thanks for any help.
