I had to reinstall my system, couse a virus. After this process i havent been
able to change monitor resolution, right now is in 640 X 480 and 16 bits. I
try to fallow the process of installing driver, but in the monitos screen, i
shoud click the properties tab, but this tab is not highlighted, so i can
click on it. I hope i was clear in my question...

Thanks

If your computer came with a CD with all the drivers and software, you
should be able to find the Video Driver. Open up
the Video Driver Folder and look for a .exe file. That will start the
installation. You don't need to go into Desktop>Properties just yet.

You need to install your video drivers according to the docs.
