Rules Wizard

The Rules Wizard in my Microsoft Outlook 2002 does not
function. Nothing happens when I press the button. I am
using Windows XP Home Edition. Anyone have any ideas?

Does the dialog show up with you go to the Tools menu > Rules Wizard
command? Have you tried a Detect & Repair (on the Help menu)?
