Rules Wizard & Contacts Missing

I have just reinstalled Outlook 2002. The Rules Wizard
is missing from the Tools menu and Rules button missing
from the Organise window.

My Contacts icon is also missing and cannot be found in
the menu bar or in the Customise window.

Can anyone help?

Find and rename outcmd.dat to .old. Reopen Outlook and your toolbars should
have been rebuilt.

Note - Rules Wizard will only appear in the Tools menu when you are in a
mail folder.
