The Open-With registry key for that file type seems to have erased somehow.
In the open-with box, choose "Browse" and locate the application manually.
The open-with configuration is stored in this part of the registry:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\
Explorer\FileExts\.extension\OpenWithList
Another option is to login as another user and import the .reg file (the
above location). Login back to your current profile and merge it. It should
add the entires in the open-with.

I reinstalled windows xp and now when I right click on a file and want
to choose the open with function, the menu is blank. Can some one
help me get this function working again? TIA
