Right-Click OPEN / OPEN ALL USERS?

After upgrading from Win 2000 Pro to Win XP Pro, I can no longer right click
on the Start Menu (set to CLASSIC) and choose either OPEN or OPEN ALL USERS.

Actually the menu choices are there; however, when I choose either OPEN or
OPEN ALL USERS on any folder deeper than PROGRAMS,
I do not get the expected result (an opened folder).
Instead, I get a Windows MOVE Dialog window.

How to fix/correct?
P.S> At work, I have clean install of Win XP Pro, and this worrks correctly
- as it should and as expected.

It is just on my Home PC that was upgraded, that this does not work
correctly.

Problem caused by adding Copy To and Move To as context menu entries:

Thanks, I'll try that. However I did NOT add the Move To and Copy To to the
Context menu. However, is Move To & Copy To coming from Windows 2000 Pro?
And so when the OS got upgraded to Win XP Pro, it came along with it, and now
is messing up the OPEN and OPEN ALL USERS?

Another shell extension may be blocking the "open" action. You may need to
use ShellExView to isolate the problem. See the following link for more
information (Method 2 in that article). Ignore the article title.

Thanks Ramish; However, after trying that Tech Doc
(http://windowsxp.mvps.org/movetocontext.htm),
Now I no longer get the "Move To" dialog window; But, instead, now, I get
nothing.
Nothing happens. Needless to say that the selected Folder does not open.
