Right Click Menu

I right click on a folder in explorer, the popup menu appears, Two Questions
Can I edit what appears in this menu, mine is so full of menu items that I
will never use?
Somehow, the double click action on a folder brings up the file search
screen and the word Search..." appears as the first item in the popup menu.
How can I change it back to Open?

yeah you can manage desktop right click menu

search option to be changed to open would require registry hacks
