Restore Points Creation

Everytime I go into system restore, I find only one restore date. What do I
have to do so that the system creates more frequent restore points?
Thanks,
Robert

First, check the disk space percentage that's allocated to System Restore (Right click My Computer, Properties, System Restore). Alternatively, if enough space is being allocated, see www.dougknox.com, Win XP Utilities, Single Click System Restore Point. This utility can be run as a scheduled task, so you can force it to create a restore point every day.

Thanks Doug. Have plenty of space allocated. Installed the S/W that you
suggested and before I realized what I was doing, I had six restore points
created. I understand that these are memory hogs. How do I delete them from
my hard disk?
Thanks

They'll be flushed out as new restore points are created. First in, first out. However, you can turn off System Restore, that will flush all current Restore Points, then turn it back on. A new one will automatically be created.

Dear Doug and Bert,
Your suggestions were clearly stated and solved my problem.
Thanks,
Robert
