Restore Meeting

I am the organizer of a meeting (10 people) and canceled accidently the
meeting for myself and 1 more person - as a result, 8 out of 10 still have
the meeting in their calender. I cannot restore the cancellation - I am usign
Outlook 07 on MS Exchange. I have the cancellation email in my outbox.
