change meeting organizer of recurring meeting without cancellnig

I am trying to change the meeting organizer (me) to another person, but I
don't want to cancel the recurring meeting.
Any ideas are appreciated.

There is no way in Outlook to change the meeting organizer other than to
cancel the existing meeting and issue another invitation from the new
organizer.
