Forget the monitor! Samsung is your monitor! I already told you how to
update your video drivers. If you really can't get this, then have a
knowledgeable friend or professional do it for you.
Again, very simply - if you have an OEM machine like a Dell, HP, Sony, etc.
go to their tech support website for your *specific* model computer.
Download the video drivers and install them.
If you don't have an OEM machine but instead have a generic computer you
need to find out what video hardware is in the machine. Use one of the free
system inventory programs I already gave you, or look in the paperwork, or
look under the Display category in Device Manager for the *name* of the
video card. Then go to the video card mftr.'s website and download the
drivers for your card and install them. If you have an ATI card, you're
going to go to ATI's website. If you have an Nvidia card, you're going to
go to Nvidia's website. Etc.
