Resizing photos for emailing

Whenever I try to email a picture, it no longer pops up
the dialogue box asking me if I want to resize the
picture. As a result, I can only send the pictures full
size which takes forever. How can I get the resize box
back so that I can shrink the size of the picture I'm
trying to send?

Try this:

go to...Start / Run and type:

"REGSVR32 SHIMGVW.DLL"
(without the quotes)(Yes, there's
a space between 2 and S)

Click...OK.

I am experiencing this same problem. Hope that someone
