Send Pictures via Email

I am running Windows XP (home Edition) SP3 / Outlook 2007. When sending
pictures via email using the 'Email this File' function, the 'Send Pictures
via Email' dialogue box no longer appears, so I don't have the option of
making pictures smaller for email attachment. Any ideas how I get it back?
The new email message window opens ok with the photo file attached ready to
send.
