Email problem in Windows Live Photo Gallery

Photo Gallery-select picture-email-Resize Option does not appear the pic goes straight to email without being resized.

I had this same problem in My Pictures and found the answer (missing dll) in this forum, Help! does anyone know how to solve the same problem in Windows Live Photo Gallery
