Resizing Desktop and Taskbar

G

Gerry

The Taskbar is too wide resulting in part of the clock not being visible.

Help explains how to resize top and bottom but does not mention
sideways.Thinking this might be a need to resize the Desktop looked in Help
but no joy there!

Any suggestions for a solution?

TIA

You should adjust your screen width and alignment settings, this does not
sound like a software problem. Take a look in the screen's manual or on the
manufacturer's support pages.

Yeah, must be a screen setting problem. He must be using a CRT monitor. I
cannot see how that could happen with LCD screens, unless the wrong
resolution is being used. That would not cause such a small 'alignment'
problem though.

Sounds like you need to investigate the controls on the monitor.

We had the same problem. Tried for over an hour to figure it out. Turns out the screen was set to normal instead of wide. Hope this help if not you then someone else in the future.
