reseting my XP computer

Over time my computer has developed many problems and I would like to rest it to the out of the box programin
I have a HP with XP and I did not recieve any disks with this system. Can any one help?

Try hitting F10 when you first turn on your computer. It should take you to
the screen to recover your computer.
