resealing XPembedded for deployment

Hi all,

I setup a custom image for our company using XPembedded. What I did so
far was to download and install HP image on our HP Thin Client 5700.
Then I customized it manually the way I liked it and copied it over
the network using Ghost.
I formatted a USB pen and I am able now to image these Thin clients
using this USB thing. However I would like to add a way to make each
device unique (sid, computer name, ecc). I would use SYSPREP but does
it support XPe ? I googled a little and it seems I should use
something like a "system cloning tool"...but I don't know if this is
already installed on the HP Image or I need to download it from
somewhere....Can anybody tell me something ?

Thank you in advance,
Bar

Search MSDN for fbreseal to read more about the System Cloning Tool on XPe.

However, you may be more interested in newsid.exe utility from www.sysinternals.com.
