repost printer problems

have set up a Win2000 TS and have 5 clients that use the system. One of
the clients is using a Lexmark E322 laser printer which is not a "listed"
printer for Win2000. I have modified the ntprint.inf file and initially had
no problems printing with this printer. I used an HP laserjet 1100 driver
when I modified the Inf file. Sometime in the past month or so the owner
tried to add a printer on the TS server from a client which did not work. At
this time the client using the Lexmark printer has lost thier printing
capabilities. I have checked all the server printing configurations and
cannot find a solution to this problem.
This client has not been able to print for over a month and I am at wits end
trying to find out what is wrong. All clients are running WinXp pro.
Any ideas????

Sorry..kinda dropped the ball on that one. I've posted on

The error in the event viewer is - 1111 - "Driver Lexmark E322 required for
printer Lexmark E322 is unknown. Contact the administrator to install the
driver before you log in again."

this occurs with or without the driver installed (the driver is an
HP1100 which works with the Lexmark)(the ntprint line for the lexmark points
to this driver), this did work in the past.
