[why me]

My computer will not let me use windows! It tells me
that there is a problem and lets me report it to
microsoft but still won't let me use windows.
Help me please somebody

Try a boot into Safe Mode, by hitting F8 just before the "Starting
Windows" screen would appear (takes a bit of practice).
Choose LAST GOOD.

If no joy, other possibilities are discussed here...
