Repeated message when switching users

AS repeatedly shows a green message when user switching takes place, saying
that the default folders (My docs...) have been changed automatically
Is there anyway to stop this

Sorry. I did not know you had posted in the other section.

This is so stupid, having so many sections, when many of the problems are
interrelated.

There seems to be no option to set the message off.
