Removable Storage: Class not registered

Dear ALL,

I accidentally deleted the information from the registry for the CLSID.

Now i encounter problem, at my computer management - storage - removable storage:

after i click on the removable storage. It prompt "class not registered."

Server windows 2003.
HP - dat 160 GB USB backup devices.

Need advice on this, i didnt do any backup for the registry which i deleted.
May i know, what should i do next. in order for me to proceed my windows backup.

Currently the server cannot detect the removable storage.

basically the message in the link below is saying somebody has disabled DCOM in dcomcnfg.exe
