Remote Assistance.

I'm in Winnipeg and using a wireless router to hook up to my internet. I am
trying to help my father back hom e in Ontario through Remote Assistance, but
everytime I try and open the attachment in his email it says failed. Then I
try to send one and as soon as I put in an email address and hit invite it
says failed. Can someone tell me why??

Hi,

Is Remote Assitance enabled on your system? Check the Control Panel/System
applet under the Remote tab. It may help to disable it, reboot, then restart
it.
