Remote Assistance was declined

Hi I'm trying to run RA to help a friend fix thier system setup but everytime
they try to invite me "Remote Assistance was declined. The program is
disabled or is not installed on your computer." comes up. I have windowsXP
SP2 and I'm running Zone Alarm and an alcatel 4 port modem. I have checked
all the settings as far as I can tell and I've forwarded the 3389 port in
both ZA and the modems telnet and still nothing can someone please help me.
