Remote Assistance Invitation Creation Failed

Hi. I'm running XP Pro, SP2. RA used to work really well on my computer.
Now, when I try to create an invitation, I get the following message:

"Remote Assistance Failed. Please Try Again"

Can anyone help me troubleshoot this issue? Most posts I've read deal with
this problem on the expert's end, not the novice end. This is a problem with
CREATING the invitation.

It is most likely that the failure to create a MSrcIncident object is due to
some failure of your Help and Support app. I have created a file on my site
to help reinstall the H&S app.

I tried everything you posted on your website. It was easy to follow
through step by step, but did not fix the problem. I successfully recreated
the help and support center in Win XP, but no luck fixing the issue. I then
booted from the XP installation CD and went into the repair/recovery mode. I
got as far as C:/WINDOWS:, but didn't know where to go from there. I typed
Help in, but none of the options made sense. So, I rebooted normally. Any
other thoughts?

It sounds like you chose the wrong 'repair' option. This site will help with
that.
