Remote Assistance Help

i tried to send an invitation to start remote assistance
for ppl to help me.. and they got this error when tehy
try to connect:

Remote Assistance connection could not be
established because the remote host name could not be
resolved. Please try again.

And the program does not load up.. i hav to problem
connecting to their comp and control their computers.

Plz help...thx

i mean i hav NO problem in controlling other ppl's comp..
