Hello,
I'm working with 2 PCs to try this out & get these messages in quick
succession on the second system after requesting remote assistance from the
first. I've checked Windows firewall & stuff but can't find the cause - any
good ideas please? Cheers!

XXX is inviting you to start using Remote Assistance. Do you want to Accept
(Alt+T) or Decline (Alt+D) the invitation?
The invitation from XXX to start using Remote Assistance is declined because
the program is disabled or is not installed on your computer.

Hi Papa G,

See if this information helps.

Many thanks Ramesh - it works with the latest MSN Live Messenger.
