remote access - HELP!

I am trying to use my remote desktop to access another
users computer so that I can run system maintenance. This
is what I have done: given the user local admin rights,
checked the box to allow access on the remote tab, I have
domain admin rights, and when I launch remote access I
sign in as the user. However, if I am in remote access,
when the user logs on, they kick me off. If the other
user is working on the computer, when I launch remote
access, it locks their computer (if they unlock, it kicks
me off again). what do I need to do so that I can access
the other users PC and they can work on their PC
simultaneously?

THANKS IN ADVANCE.

You need to get a third party app that lets you do this. Remote desktop is
for controling your personal computer when your away from it(like when your
at work or out of town), thus it locks the desktop when you remote in. It's
not for remoting in while someone else is using it. That would be more of a
terminal server thing or VNC. Remote assistance lets you remote in and do
stuff without the user getting logged off, maybe that will work for you or
check out vnc.
