remote access & password question

I am using webex remote access to my home computer and occasionally kicks me
out and returns my home computer to the windows sign-in page. The problem is
that I never use this "sign-in" page when I'm home, so I don't know the
password anymore. Any way to access my home computer by by-passing this sign
in password??

hi There,

If you see the Windows Sign in page or Logon screen it might be that you
just have to leave the password blank and try to login.

also i would like to recommend to you to use LogMeIn remote control, use the
free version which you can get at www.logmein.com this is better and FREE.

hi Ricardo- I tried that (plus a hundred other possibles) but it still says
incorrect password. Maybe when I get home in a few days, I'll try the other
program, but for now I'd like to figure out how to log into the one I'm
using. Thanks for trying! Any other ideas would be appreciated!

Reset your password to blank using this tool.
