I need to reinstall my operating system on my computer. I
just want to reinstall the OS without losing my all my
files and other things on the hard drive. Can some one
please send me a link or tell me step-by-step how to do
this? I just need to keep my files and, right now, I
cannot even get to the logon screen in windows. My
computer keeps rebooting, no safe modes are available.
I'd appreciate any help.
