Registry problem involving DatNetInstaller.exe

For several months, Norton 1-Button Checkup has been reporting that the
following file:
\Program Files\Common Files\InstallShield\Professional\Run
time\0701\Intel32\...
DotNetInstaller.exe
cannot access a necessary file, mscoree.dll.
Is this something I should be concerned about? If so, what do I do about it?

.. . ." after running WinDoctor


Mscoree.dll is part of the .NET framework for Windows.
Go to Add/Remove and remove the .NET framework there.
To reinstall .NET Framework go to:
www.microsoft.com/net or from the Windows Update Site.
