3 missing dll files

Larry

When I run Norton Systemworks' One Button Checkup, it always shows under
what it calls its "Program Integrity Scan," that I am missing 3 files, and
tells me that it can't fix the 3 problems. Those files are:

- learn32.dll - a message says:
"c:\windows\$ntuninstallkb898458$\orun32.exe" cannot access a necessary
file, "learn32.dll"

- mscoree.dll - a message says: "c:\program files\common
files\installshield\professional\runtime\10\00\intel32\dotnetinstaller.exe"
cannot access a necessary file, "mscoree.dll"

- pctree32.dll - a message says:
"c:\windows\$ntuninstallkb898458$\orun32.exe" cannot access a necessary
file, "pctree32.dll."

Are those files necessary or important for anything? If so, can I get them
anywhere, like from Microsoft.com?

Thanks,

Larry

If you're machine isn't having any issues that you physically see during operation,
leave well enough alone. Don't touch "Norton Systemworks' One Button Checkup" with a
pole of any length, the probability of it screwing something up is very high.

Microsoft Interactive Training is based on Orun32.exe

C:\WINDOWS\$NtUninstallKB898458$\ORUN32.EXE, pctree32.dll and learn32.dll
have to do with Microsoft Interactive Training and an update for Microsoft
Interactive Training.

Microsoft Interactive Training is some kind of help deal that comes with
some OEM computers.
