Location of mscoree.dll file

After running Norton WinDoctor, this message comes
up,"G:\Program Files\Common
Files\InstallShield\Professional\RunTime\0701\Intel32
\DotNetInstaller.exe" cannot access a necessary
file, "mscoree.dll."
Where am I supposed to place this file in the XP
directory so this DotNetInstaller can access it?
