mscoree.dll

I recently formatted my pc. When I do a windoctor scan with Norton Utilities,
I receive the following error that cannot be fixed. C:\Program Files\Common
Files\InstallShield\Professional\Runtime\09\00\Intel32\DotNetInstaller.exe
Cannot access a necessary file mscoree.dll. This is the first time I had any
errors at all with The windoctor scan. Any help would be appreciated, thanks

Hi nut62001,

Have a look at this Symantec Knowledgebase article:
http://service1.symantec.com/SUPPORT/nsw.nsf/0f75ab1a9982283d88256c250066dc9
4/2aa111f060a2c1e788256c7c006f68ad?OpenDocument&prod=Norton%20SystemWorks&ve
r=2003%20Standard%20Edition%20for%20Windows%202000/Me/98/XP&src=sg&pcode=nsy

Since the above URL will wrap due to its length, either copy/paste the
entire URL into a browser window, or use this TinyURL:

Thank you both for your help. I don't think it was a big deal because the
computer seemed to be working fine. Problem solved. Thanks again.
