Missing File

Ive recently installed Norton System Works 2003 and when
I ran the WinDoctor Program to scan my registry for
problems it came up with a missing file "C:\Program
Files\Common Files\InstallShield\Professional\RunTime\0701
\Intel32\DotNetInstaller.exe" cannot access a necessary
file, mscoree.dll" can anyone tell me if they have had
this problem themselves and how to fix it.

By default, this file should be located in the Windows\System32 folder and the Windows\System32\URTTemp folder. If it isn't in the System32 folder, you can copy it from the URTTemp folder.
