missing file

im getting an error message that says missing files
c:\program files\common
files\installshield\professional\runtime\0701/intel32
\dotnetinstaller.exe
it says it can't access mscoree.dll
how do i fix this?

dotnet is spyware. If Spybot S & D or AdAware can't get rid of this message
then you'll have to edit the registry.
