Refiller wants a newer printer! PLEASE!

I've been refilling cartridges for years. I currently have a CX5400 and
it's getting noisy and clunky.

What newer 3 in 1 printer ... would YOU recomment as an EASY printer to
maintain and do your own cart refilling.

Are the HPs, Lexmark any better for refilling? Or the Cannons?

I RECOMMEND AN HP WITH AN INTEGRATED PRINTHEAD IN THE CART SO WHEN THE
PRINTHEAD CLOGS DUE TO AFTERMARKET INK YOU CAN JUST GO OUT AND GET AN
GENUINE HP CART WITHOUT DAMANGE TO THE PRINTER WITH THE POSSIBLE
EXCEPTION OF THE CART LEAKING INSIDE THE PRINTER AND CAUSING A MESS.

Canons by far. Epsons second.
If you can manage to find an x000 Pixma(3k+ use separate colors), they are
not even chipped, while the x200 Pixmas are, but can continue to work with
a "spent" chip, if you refill the cart.
That is sthe stanalones, but the MFPs use the same print engines as
thestanalones, so the same rules apply.

No one really cares what you recommend, and quite shouting.

Just to correct the misinformation posted by someone else.
In many years I have never seen a HP cartridge leak in the printer, not saying
it never happens but I have never seen it in many hundreds of HP inkjet
printers. What is probably behind this false rumour is an overflow of ink from
the service station (waste ink container) in HP printers, these do need to be
regularly cleaned or ink will spill into the printer, this has nothing
whatsoever to do with the cartrdige itself whether OEM or otherwise. One
particular type of cartridge has a tendency to leak during refilling maybe one
in 250 cartridges but this is completely obvious at the time and there is no
way anyone would put it in their printer unless they were refilling in the dark.

I HAVE HAD MANY HP PRINTERS FOR MANY YEARS; HAVE ALWAYS USED HP CARTS,
AND HAVE NEVER HAD ANY PROBLEM WITH LEAKAGE, CLOGGING, OR ANYTHING. THE
ONLY PROBLEM I HAVE HAD WAS SHEET FEED PROBLEMS AND I CORRECTED THAT BY
ROUGHING UP THE ROLLERS ON A DESKJET 550.

DO NOT GO FREAKY FREAKY BECAUSE YOU CART GOES LEAKY LEAKY. I HAVE NEVER
EVEN HEARD IT HAPPENING WITH GENUINE HP CARTS.

Actually the more he shouts fewer and fewer people will bother with him.
The idiot has yet to figure out that all caps quickly becomes unreadable.
Otherwise newspapers would have long ago gone that route.
But now he can't change if he wanted to. He's painted himself into a
corner. He can never admit he's wrong.
Hopefully he'll stick where he's stuck!

*i think that all caps is easier to read because it is larger but not
too large*

I recommend the Canon MP750, MP760 or MP780. These are great printers and
very cheap to refill. Check the specs here:
http://consumer.usa.canon.com/ir/controller?act=ProductCatIndexAct&fcategoryid=103

WHILE I HAVE RECOMMENDED THE MP780 TO PEOPLE WHO SAY THEY HAVE TO USE A
MF DEVICE I DO NOT LIKE THEM. IF THE PRINTER GOES SOUTH YOU HAVE A BIG
GIANTIC SCANNER. IF THE SCANNER GOES YOU HAVE AN EXTRA LARGE PRINTER.

AND THE FAX HAS ISSUES. YOU CANNOT SELECTIVELY DELETE FAXES THAT ARE
SENT TO YOU SO YOU HAVE TO PRINT ALL OF THEM AND WASTE INK AND PAPER.
IF YOU MUST FAX IT IS BEST TO USE A COMPUTER AND A MODEM AND PRINT THE
ONES YOU WANT.

HAVING A MF DEVICE YOU CANNOT SELECTIVELY UPGRADE ONE OF THE FUNCTIONS.

THE ONLY REAL ADVANTAGE IS THE AUTOSHEET FEEDER ON A MF DEVICE IS NOT AN
EXTRA CHARGE AND IT TAKES UP LESS SPACE

I HAVE NEVER SEEN A TREE FALL BUT I KNOW IT HAPPENS.

No, no it is a conspiracy by the church of latter day fallen trees.
THERE IS NO FALSE RUINOUR

You are right I know of no false ruinors or even true ruinors.

I think that is illegal, violence against rollers is probably an arrestable
offence.
DO NOT GO FREAKY FREAKY BECAUSE YOU CART GOES LEAKY LEAKY. I HAVE NEVER

Or any others, right?

Canon cartridges are extremely easy to refill (refill a clear area of
cartridge, with no foam or fiber, can top off cartridge before it is
completely empty) Several good ink brands available. I've had flawless
results with ink from alotofthings.com (yes, it is brand labeled
Sensient ink, perfect color match, no clogs, 11 months without a
problem, and about 50 cents (no relation to "fity cent") per refill)

Measekite will now respond with his standard diatribe: no brand names,
whores, etc., but he has no experience, and won't use good English or
spell right. Don't listen to him, he knows nothing, and is not playing
with a full deck.

He's an idiot! All caps (upper case) is not the same as large, lower
case bold.
But who cares, kill file his stuck-on-stupid dumb ass.
