Hi,

I have successfully setup RAS connection on my windows
2000 server. The question i need to ask is.. everytime i
dailin into my server from another location server would
only connect me at 33.6k speed when i have a 56k modem.
Does any one know how i can increase the speed of server
connection.

That is the best you can expect. 56k download is only possible connecting
to a digital interface (as used by ISPs). A normal modem to modem connection
is 33.6 max in either direction.
