Programs wont open!!

i cant run Ymessenger the runtime error message keeps appearing
Program:C:\programfiles\yahoo!\messenger\ypager.exe
i unistalled and reinstalled ymessenger and it worked but the same problem happens when i reboot the computer!! Can anyone please help?
