programms wont run!!!

I can't run yahoo messenger a runtime error comes up which says :

Program:C:\program files\Yahoo!\Messenger\Ypage.exe rThis application has requested the runtime to terminate it in an unusual way.

I unistalled yahoo messenger and installed it again and it worked.but when i reboot the computer and want to run Ymessenger this error message comes up again!!! Can you help me please??
