runtime error

When I try to launch Internet Explorer, I get the following error message pop
up: "Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library:
Runtime error: Program:C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\iexplore.exe
This application has requested Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way.
Please contact the applications support team for more information".
I have four users set up on my home computer and only get this message on
one user. I read about removing google bar but cannot if it won't launch.
Any ideas?

You remove the Google Toolbar via the Add/Remove Programs icon in the
Control Panel. There is no need to launch IE.
