Problems Configuring Remote Desktop

I am trying to configure my remote desktop system. I
have followed all activation instructions, and even tried
connecting from an outside network, completely
unfirewalled, but my computer cannot be found...I am on a
large LAN. What are some other possibilities to solve
this problem?

While trying to connect over the "large LAN", are you sure your calling using the correct IP
address?

What is/are the exact error message(s) you get, if any?
