Problem with shared printing

Windows XP Pro SP2 are configured as print queue station.
Windows 98 SP2 configured as print release station and printers are
physically connected to this station and SHARED.

After sent print job from other Windows XP Pro workstation, it goes to print
queue station and will grap by Windows 98 print release station. When tried
to release print, it prompts an error message
".....system32\spool\printers\00004.spl (the *.spl file name varies). The
system cannot find the file specified."

addition info to the following.
All machines mentioned below are member of the Domain except Windows 98 is a
WORKGROUP.
