Problem with My Computer Icon

Hi,

I am having this stupid small problem, and i cant solve
it. I have windows xp sp1, after i format and install, i
dont have a "my computer" and "my documents" icon on the
desktop. And when i create a shortcut, the small arrow
picture on the "shortcut to my computer" icon really bugs
me.

Can you think of a way to create a normal "my computer"
and "my documents" icon on the desktop(without the small
arrow thing)?

Right-click the desktop, and then click Properties.
On the Desktop tab, click Customize Desktop.
Under Desktop icons, click to select the check boxes of the icons you want
to view.
Click OK two times.
