problem getting photos to appear

Hi, my computer runs XP Pro, my wife's computer runs XP.
With some sites, I can view phots/illustrations on my
computer, but they don't show on hers.

In IE, go to Tools->Internet options->Advanced tab.
In that long list is "Show pictures" (Here, it's in the third pane in the
scroll list.). If that is not checkmarked, do so, then Apply and OK.
