Printing slides in Powerpoint

E

Ed A.

For some reason, the slide that appears on the screen does not print exactly
as seen. I'm trying to print slides of state maps with county information.
When I do a print preview, only the state outline appears and none of the
details within the state is visible. Also, print preview displays only in
grayscale and no color. Please help! Thanks.

1) Do you have a color printer set as the default Windows printer or a black
and white only one?

2) Do you have any overlaying shapes (for triggers or links)? Some printers
do not do well with transparent fills and may be masking your data.
